Brian arrived on time, was very courteous, helpful and professional. Offered to help me move the contents of my attached storage unit back in after he did the termite treatment. Brian did the termite prevention and the moisture barrier. Daryl arrived later to do the pest control applications. Both men were very professional and polite. We actually called them because we ended up with a flee problem in our house in the winter. They came out twice and treated the interior of our house.

They come out quarterly, or once every other month. They will also come out at any point if we see any kind of pest, mice, roaches. Very professional, punctual, working around our schedules. My husband and I work full time so it can be difficult to schedule but they have been really great working around our schedules and availability. They ended up having us leave the house for 2-3 hours. All the animals are evacuated, all the people. They sealed up the house and called us when the treatment was done to start the window of time you aren't supposed to re-enter the residence. No residue or smells or anything left behind that would be an indication that a pest control place had been there other than the little note they left explaining in detail what it is that they treated and how they did that.

Please convey my respects and appreciation to Mr Brian Ensman for his outstanding work on Saturday, March 19, 2011 at my home located in Cary, NC. Mr Ensman made a repair to a broken sump pump drain line and did so without any disruption or damage to some newly laid landscaping work at the side of my home. He repaired the damaged drain line in such a professional manner that there was no evidence of any repair work in the grass or mulch. Mr Ensman performance set an enviable example for all of his peers, superiors, and subordinates to follow. He is a credit to Economy Exterminators and to the Town of Cary. It was a pleasure to meet and talk to Mr Ensman. I will look forward to working with him in the future.

We are returning customers. You took care of our home in Apex for years, and when we moved, and we felt it was time to check our house for problems we immediately called Economy. Unlike the majority of testimonials, I did not have issues, I had Smokey Brown Roaches scampering about my house. Unable to eradicate my guests with store bought solutions, I contacted Economy Exterminators. Their initial inspection and treatment was incredibly thorough; the problem was eradicated and has remained so with the recommended, subsequent treatments. Everyone that I have met or spoken to on the phone at Economy Exterminators has been straight forward, courteous and knows their business well. Thank you all. I called Economy Exterminators with a bed bug issue then proceeded to try to do it myself with stuff I bought online. After it failed miserably, I scheduled service with Economy. The people are awesome. They were very thorough and successfully got rid of the problem. They are very affordable. They are super nice about rescheduling missed appointments. I would recommend Economy to anyone, especially people with bed bug problems!

Their technicians are "invisible" to the companies occupying buildings that I manage. They are flexible in that they are willing to accommodate any work schedule or special requests.
