If I only see a few insects should I be concerned?
It depends on the specific pests.

Will I feel secure with your professionals in my home?
All applicants are required to pass a series of interviews and background checks (which include criminal and drug tests) before they are even considered for employment with Economy Exterminators.
All technicians are bonded and go through on-the-job training with a highly experienced trainer for the first month.
Within the first 75 days, we send them to registered technician school offered by the state of North Carolina.
All of our employees are friendly, and are trained to look and be professional at all times and know that our first priority is safety.
Can I tell the difference between an ant and a termite?
The best way is to have one of our trained Customer Service Specialists come to your home to identify the pest.
There are 3 telltale signs:
- Ants have elbowed antennas where termites are straight
- Ants have a pinched waist and termites appear to have no waist
- Ants wings have 4 wings; the front 2 are longer than the rear 2 and appear to have veins.
- Termites 4 wings are equal length and appear to be translucent.
How soon before we can expect results?
You will see a noticeable reduction in pest activity within one to two days.
Depending on the pest and the choice of materials necessary to give the best long term results, it is not unusual to notice a gradual reduction up to 14 days.
